At Instacolor we fax, email, or mail proofs to our clients, so you can make sure there are no errors in your files prior to printing. However, we do expect all files submitted to us to be proofread and error-free! It is your responsibility to make sure that your proof is correct. Payment Options:

To ensure that your order is printed and shipped out on time, we accept payment by Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. It is important that you complete an order form every time you make an order. A new order form is required with payment information, even if you are a repeat customer and order weekly. A deposit may be required for new customers.

For companies that mail out checks, we ask that you call or email us and request to have an invoice faxed to you. Let us know the details of your order, including shipping address. Your company can make a check payable to "Instacolor" and send it with your completed order form. You can send your files by Internet or by CD, Zip disk, or FedEx/UPS. Payments by check can "delay" your order a few days until the check is cleared through the bank. To expedite your order - put your credit card information on the order form which we use as security until your check has cleared the bank.

  Files can be emailed to: files@instacolorprint.com

• FTP:
  To send us large files via the Internet (5MB to 100+ MB) you have to use an FTP client software such as WS FTP for PC users and Fetch for Mac users. This software will bypass any file size limitations set by your Internet provider and allow you to send files directly to our server. Ideally, if you are sending files larger than 5MB, you want to be on high speed Internet access.
  
  Note: Some service providers do not allow files larger than 2MB to be sent through their server. If you are unsure, you may try sending a file larger than 2MB; if you receive an automated confirmation from us, then your file was received. Otherwise, you will have to send your file by FTP.

  Upload your file(s) with settings to binary and leave any directory options blank in Fetch.
  To reduce your upload time we ask that you compress your files. All MAC files should be stuffed, including "fonts and linked images". All PC files should be zipped. If software is required, please visit Stuffit and WinZip respectively.
  PLEASE after you have uploaded your file successfully, you MUST send me an email informing me so that I can start the download process.

• Mail:
  Most people submit by email or ftp to save time and courier expenses. However, for some this isn't an option. So for those who need to use a courier to send large files, you can do so by mailing them to:
